One Day Build in #tidaltownusa / we formed and poured around a Tidal installed 4” rigid drainage pipe which we tied into the customers existing 3” deco drain. Up next: install Drain Basin, minor electrical, clean up the scalloped rafter tails and #sikkens stain. @tidalbuildersinc

WRC rough sawn makes for really nice pergola framing lumber. These exposed Timbers were zip flashed sunny side up and stained with #Sikkens #9 #darkoak. We ran electrical for the kitchen that’s to follow in busy #tidaltownusa
To maximize poolside living space we extended the existing gable using #parallam posts and beams, set conventional trusses and @arrysroofingservices installed the roof. @the_guttercompany finished it off with some seemless K’s and tied into a 4” rigid drainage system @tidalbuildersinc spec’d and installed when we poured the footers. We handed it off to kelly pools and the rest is history. To G-rae and Dave, many thanks, you guys were incredible customers. Much love in #tidaltownusa
We converted this outdoor lanai under truss into a fitness center off the master suite. Gorgeous view from #tidaltownusa
The WLW S. Tampa Bachelor Pad was already top shelf. At the request of the customer @tidalbuildersinc dialed up the finish. We designed and built the fireplace media wall, faux beam ceiling panels and surrounded the entryway with 3/4” recessed paneled wainscoting. Thanks WLW!
Janet, a delightful woman, needed some #innovationcabinetry and shiplap in her life for storage and a more updated look. To make this happen we tore out a fireplace, reframed the trusses and installed a new tpo roof on the latter half of her home. #tidaltownusa
